Mangoes

Two completely ergonomic and very resistant handles . It has a very comfortable grip that will allow you to continue with long series of double unders without the problem being forearm fatigue due to the grip itself.

Both handles weigh 450 grams each , which together with the cable makes the heavy rope have a total weight of 1 kilogram.

These handles are also removable, you will have the possibility of making it a little lighter, in case you need it. To do this you will have to extract the interior area with an Allen key as you can see below.

Cables

Like every jump rope, it has a cable . The cables that adapt to the Picsil Heavy Rope are 3mm, 5mm (included with the Heavy Rope) and 7mm; and you can find all of them at picsilsport.com. The thicker the cable, the more challenging the workout will be.
