The sales prices indicated on www.picsilsport.com and its sub-domains are shown in euros. VAT is included in these prices, but not shipping service costs. Shipping service costs are the responsibility of the User and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. You will be informed of these expenses before confirming the order and completing the contracting process. PicSil reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Purchasing process

It should be noted that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. 6.3.Means of payment
PicSil offers several solutions to proceed with the payment of your purchase at www.picsilsport.com: Payment by credit card: at www.picsilsport.com you can use the following credit cards: - VISA - MasterCard Once you have validated all the information about your purchase (items, shipping methods, delivery and billing address) a new page will appear so you can choose which payment method you want to use and enter your information. If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged on a deferred basis (except for the Maestro card), that is, at the time of shipping. This way, only items actually shipped will be charged. Delivery costs depend on the category of products or the type of delivery chosen. The products are delivered directly to the home or delivery address indicated by the customer, under the conditions set out below, through the MRW courier agency. Delivery costs are made up of a base value per order or delivery. If your order consists of products included in different classes, the total value of the delivery costs will be the highest value of these classes. Invoiced – The purchase is already registered and identified in our database. It has been prepared, invoiced and sent to the address indicated as the delivery destination.
6.7.Processing and Delivery of the order.
Shipments are only made to destinations in Peninsular Spain. The sale of products from www.picsilsport.com is excluded for the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. The estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours from the day after order payment confirmation. (Excluded Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) There is also the option of express shipping with delivery in 24 hours, from the day after confirmation of order payment. A proof of delivery without any signs of damage is equivalent to a product with the packaging in perfect condition. Likewise, if damage is detected in the product once the package is opened and the packaging is in perfect condition, the customer has 24 hours from receipt to contact our Customer Service line through www.picsilsport.com. If you are not at the address indicated at the time of delivery, you will be left with a transit notice containing the telephone number you can contact to make a new delivery attempt. After 3 business days of the first attempt without the customer having agreed on a new delivery date, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

Warranty
PicSil represents and guarantees that it can sell products from its Web Portal www.picsilsport.com.PicSil represents and guarantees that its Internet platforms are technically prepared for the sale of products and services.
The warranty period is two years, from the delivery of the product, although it does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, incorrect use or improper manipulations, incorrect installations not carried out by authorized Technical Services when appropriate, etc., nor materials that are worn from use.
PicSil reserves the right to request verification of the origin of the problem from an official technical service of the brand. In the event of a defect caused by a cause beyond its origin, the repair will be billable. In those cases that justify the application of the guarantee, the option will be to repair, replace the item, discount or return, under the legally established terms.
Returns

Although the collection and shipping management is managed by PicSil, the collection costs will be assumed by the customer and the shipping costs will be completely free, with PicSil assuming that cost.
Return Conditions:
- Items without signs of use. - Return with all its components, accessories, instruction manuals and original packaging. - Return Period: 60 calendar days from the day the delivery is made.
Return Exceptions:
Food and sports supplementation items. - Structures made to order or personalized items. - This right of return is recognized in addition to the rights legally established for consumers and users by current legislation, in the event of lack of compliance with the contract.
