FREE RETURNS WORLDWIDE

We guarantee your peace of mind. Returns are free on all products for 15 calendar days from receipt of the order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item for free as long as the following conditions are met:

1. Products must come in their original packaging along with all components, accessories and original instruction manuals.
2. The products must have been purchased directly through our website or from an official point of sale.
3. The items must be in the same condition as they were sent: Without use, marks or damage.
4. Socks and insoles are exempt from our return policy for hygiene reasons.

DO YOU HAVE SHIPPING COSTS?

No. PICSIL will bear the shipping costs in case of returns worldwide, as long as the collection is scheduled by PICSIL and, in no case, if the customer has chosen a different shipping method.

SPECIAL CASES

- In the case of partial return of items that does not meet the minimum order amount with free shipping, PICSIL will refund the amount of the returned items, but subtracting the amount of shipping costs.

- Any transport operator that is not one of those offered by PICSIL will be under the responsibility of the client. PICSIL will not be responsible for losses or damages caused by independent carriers.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY MONEY?

Once the return process begins and the product arrives at our facilities, the items will be reviewed. After verifying that they are in perfect condition and have not suffered any damage, the corresponding financial amount will be refunded within a period of 7 working days.
If you have paid shipping costs, only the full amount of the items will be refunded.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes. You can request the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been processed. That is, although the payment has been made, the order has not left our facilities.
