What is My Picsil? 

My Picsil is Picsil's loyalty and rewards program . Through purchases and actions on the web you can earn points that will be transformed into discounts for your next orders . The more points and purchases you accumulate, you can level up and benefit from many advantages such as exclusive discounts and priority launches, among others. 

How does it work? 

Belonging to My Picsil is very simple. Create an account at https://picsilsport.com/account/register , and start earning points! Just by registering on our website you will begin to be part of My Picsil, and you will earn 20 points.  

My Picsil is a tiered program that allows members to earn points the more they interact with us. Members receive reward points for every purchase, which can then be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.  

What are the advantages of each level? 

The tier each person belongs to is determined by the number of purchases in 12 months or the number of referrals completed. 

• Bronze Level : you must spend 0 to 69 euros or complete 2 to 4 referrals. 
• Silver Level : you must spend 70 to 199 euros or complete 5 to 14 referrals. 
• Gold Level: you must spend 200 to 499 euros or complete 15 to 29 referrals. 
• Platinum Level : You must spend at least 500 euros or complete at least 30 referrals.

How does the referral program work? 

The referral program is a way to recommend us to your acquaintances by giving them 5 euros for their first order . Additionally, for each person you bring to Picsil you will receive 100 points as a reward. 

You can refer your friends in several ways: 

• Refer after each purchase : After each purchase a window will appear to refer your friends.  

• On the My Picsil page : Through the information page. Slide the mouse to the final part and you will be able to find a section where you can insert the email of your referrals.  

• Through your client area : Enter your profile, go to the referrals section and enter the emails of your friends without an account.  

How can I redeem my points for discounts? 

To redeem your points you must go to the checkout page. When you go to checkout, use the slider directly above your cart total to choose the amount you want to apply, then click the "APPLY" button. 

Remember that 100 points are equivalent to a €5 discount and a minimum purchase of €65 is required to redeem them. 

As we have mentioned, in order to redeem your points you must have a minimum amount. Depending on the points you want to use, that amount will be more or less high. It is very important that you are clear about this before trying to redeem your points, since if you apply them at checkout and later do not place the order, you will lose your points.  

But there is a solution! If you go to your profile and see the history in the “my points” section you can see the code and apply it to your next order.
