Many of you often ask us what type of grips are better, those with holes or those without. In this post we are going to explain the differences and which ones best adapt to the needs of each person. We will answer the big question: what is better, streets with or without holes?
What are street lights and what are they for?
The grips are a protective accessory for the hands in the practice of Cross Training . They are used when performing exercises in which friction is intense and thus prevent the appearance of calluses and wounds. The grips cover the palm of the hand and are held in 2 or 3 fingers with holes through which you have to insert them . Recently, a trend has emerged to not put fingers through the holes of the grip, giving rise to grips without holes . In addition, the grips are attached to the wrist area and adapt to each person , serving as support and protection, offering additional support to the area. But like everything, tastes are very personal since the operation is the same. Depending on the characteristics and use of each person, it is more advisable to choose one street model or another.
