At PicSil, we loved 19.4 .
Because?
Because they play Bar Muscle-ups or pull-ups for climbers, which means putting our grips to the test .
Many of you have shared your sensations when performing this WOD with them through social networks.
And it is a real satisfaction for us to know that they have helped you improve your grip on the rack to execute this complex gymnastic movement.
Keep an eye on the blog because, this Friday, Hannah Caldas will reveal her tips for the last WOD of the Open CrossFit Games 2019.
Not only do we like to help you with our material, we also share tips for facing 19.4 thanks to Hannah's wisdom.

Live Announcement 19.4
This time five places were the stars of the live announcement of the fourth WOD of the Open CrossFit Games.
As you already know, this year Dave Castro takes a vacation from presenting the WODs to give prominence to the different countries in the world that host the official CrossFit competitions that are part of the new classification for the 2019 Games.
This time, we have enjoyed the talent of local athletes from:
- CrossFit BCC of Sao Paulo, Brazil
- CrossFit NCR Ottawa, Canada
- CrossFit Varese, with the CrossFit Italian Showdown, in Lombardy (northern Italy)
- CrossFit Raid, in the American city of Bensalem (Pennsylvania)
We are now entering the last week of the Open CrossFit Games.
In the early hours of Thursday to Friday, the last workout of the day , 19.5, will be announced live on the Games website.
Good luck to everyone in the final stretch of the crossfit penance and good luck to the applicants for a place in the Games.
