And the CrossFit penance is over.
We say goodbye to the Open CrossFit Games 2019 in February-March with 19.5, a WOD that includes traditional thrusters and chest-to-bar.
Another WOD that we like at PicSil and we think you already know why.
Have you taken advantage of 19.5 to wear your PICSIL grips ? If so, we hope they have helped you fly and protect your hands.
Remember that you can consult Hannah Caldas' advice on the blog.

Live Announcement 19.5
The last live announcement of the Open 2019 took place in four countries: Ireland, Australia, Belgium and the United States.
In the latter country, in Miami to be exact, we were able to enjoy a Live Announcement like those of yesteryear, with the clash of the titans: Mat Fraser vs. Tia-Clair Toomey .
And if we count Wodapalooza as a setting, it is already a dream.
It was Toomey's first participation in an Open advertisement as he took advantage of his new training location, in the United States, with Fraser, to cross it off his to-do list.
The Fittest on Earth 2018 are training partners and it has been noticed in the execution rhythms of the thrusters and chest-to-bar during 19.5.
Do you already have a Games monkey?
We invite you to watch or watch this meeting again on the Games website.
The Open CrossFit Games 2019 are over but now the best begins.
The qualifiers continue with the official competitions of the CrossFit Games 2019. Some of the next official competitions are the Rogue Invitational (USA), Lowlands Throwdown (Holland) or the French Throwdown (France)
We will review the leaderboard on the PICSIL blog.
