EVENT 3_INVERTED MEDLEY
For time:
- 30 – foot (9m) handstand walk on ramp
- 8 free handstand push-ups
- Unbroken: Overcome obstacles starting with a 360º handstand spin
- 16 pull overs
- Unbroken: Overcome obstacles starting with a 360º handstand spin
- 8 free handstand push-ups
- 30 – foot (9m) handstand walk on ramp

EVENT 4_THE ALPACA REDUX
For time:
- 126 – foot (38.4m) sled push, starting with all six kettlebells
3 rounds per time of:
- 2 legless rope climbs
- 12 kettlebell cleans and jerks
- 42 – foot (12.8m) sled push, starting with two kettlebells.
- Add 2 kettlebells after each round
Time cap: 18'
EVENT 5_ SKI BAG
For time:
- 30 cal. SkiErg
- 30 sandbag squats
- 20 cal. SkiErg

EVENT 6_HELENA
3 rounds per time:

7_CROSS COUNTRY 5K EVENT

2 intervals per total time:
- 21 box jump overs (20/24 inches)

- 7 muscle ups
- 1 sandbag over 3 logs
Time cap: 13´(Round 1-4 = (45.3/68kg), Round 5 = (61.2/90.7Kg)
EVENT 11_ PARALLEL BAR PULL
8 rounds for time of:
- Down and back P – bar traverse
- 30 heavy rope double unders
- 1 section hand over hand sled pull (290/345 lb; 131.5/156.4kg)
Time cap: 15 minutes
EVENT 12_ECHO THRUSTER FINAL
For time, perform 21 – 18 – 15 reps of:
- Echo bike calories.
- Thrusters (85/115 lb; 38.5/52kg) (95/135 lb; 43/61kg) (105/155lb; 47.6/60kg)
So, 66 – foot (20m) overhead walking lunge (105/155 lb)
