The 2018 CrossFit Games have started with great strength and testing the physical and mental capabilities of individual athletes, teens, masters and teams. After a hot start and surprises, we summarize the first two days of competition.
1 day, 4 events
Wednesday, August 1, 2018, will be remembered by many CrossFit Games athletes as an intense day, both physically and mentally. The day before, Dave Castro, director of the Games, announced the first six events that were going to take place between Wednesday and Friday. But the surprise was that the first four were going to take place on the first day.

Day 2: Rest Day
After such a start, the athletes deserved a day of rest to regain the use of their legs and arms. For the first time, the Games offer an official Rest Day to their competitors. A day of rest and also of celebration with the Athletes' Ceremony that has allowed those present to be honored just as the Olympic Games do with their opening ceremony. During the event, Castro announced the two events that will take place this Saturday. Madison Triplus Consists of a For Time with a cut-off time of 40 minutes for- Swim 500m
